About Sabrina K. Photography:

Welcome to my blog! I'm Sabrina Koogler, and I love photography! I always have my nose in a photography book, camera to my face, working on a challenge, workshop, or contest (in between sessions and processing!) becoming the best photographer I can be! I used to teach high school Spanish, and now I'm a stay-at-home mom to two adorable, rascally boys. Sabrina K Photography is my third baby, born of the need to document all of the milestones, wild times, and quiet moments of my children and others. My style is fun and natural. I seek to document the authentic "you" in my images. I offer custom portraiture in the Houston area, and I'm based in Pearland. I enjoy working with natural light and studio lighting--it's fun having a dual-sort of personality! And it certainly keeps things interesting!

    Mr. J.: Eight days new

    Tuesday, May 8th, 2012

I got to meet up with this sweetie and his family recently. He was perfect!I just can’t get enough of those rolls and eyelashes!

Okay, seriously, which cheeks are your favorites? Or did he have you at “back rolls”? LOVE!

    Oh. my. eyelashes!

Oh heavens, nothing like some Daddy love!

    Sweet Mommy moment.

I wish I could say it was all “me” who got all three of them to smile, but this was just a fortunate shutter click. I’ll take it, though!

They’re pretty stinkin’ gorgeous. And did I mention little man has absolutely flawless skin? Yep, he does. Not hard to see he’s got some pretty awesome genes.

Thanks again for sharing your family with me!!!

    Six Months Times Two

I just can’t get enough of these cuties! I cannot believe six months has flown by!

And I can’t believe these two keep getting cuter every time I see them!

Yes, he is totally holding her hand. Just like in their newborn photos. Gasp! Love!!!

Mom gets all the credit for the following cuteness. I cannot believe how precious these two are in these cute outfits!

(can you tell Mom takes a lot of pictures! These two are well-trained in front of the camera!)

Thanks again for sharing your family with me! Cutest kiddos ever!!!!

I have a lot of love for this little girl…I’ve been blessed to work with this family since this sweet couple got engaged and I am just over the moon for this sweet and gorgeous and deliciously squishy little girl! The love these parents feel for each other and this sweet princess is just so perfect. If you know me, you know I tend to get a little misty-eyed over these sessions and this was certainly no exception but no more hesitating, here’s the cuteness…

I just love her sweet little hands!

Holy back rolls, Batman, I just love this!

This bonnet is one of my favorites. I love that I got to style her hair with all of the bonnets and headbands! So much hair!

This bonnet set is one of my new favorites! Check out New Millie’s show on Etsy to get one!

Those pouty lips are just too cute!

This is my favorite newborn image right now. LOVING it!

So much so that you get it in black and white as well!

Well, hello world!!! This blanket was particularly meaningful, Mom’s grandmother made it for Mom when she was a newborn. LOVE!

There’s never enough sweet baby feet in the world!

Then we transitioned to the family portion of the session. I love seeing how baby makes a couple a family!

Thank you so much for sharing your sweet family with me and congratulations again!!!

    First Birthday Monkey Business!

    Tuesday, April 10th, 2012

I met this sweet little man a year ago at his newborn session and those long eyelashes totally stole my heart! I met up with his family again at ONE YEAR and *gasp* he’s even more adorable now! What a precious little man! He was absolutely too cute for words! Mom had done some awesome prep work with adorable outfits, favorite toys to make the session meaningful, and his fun outfit and hat from his SOCK MONKEY-theme birthday party. It was a party in the studio for sure, as this little guy was ready to GO!

(Don’t judge me for how behind I am on blogging! Yes, he was here when I was doing my baby chick mini-sessions (I visited those sweet cheep-cheeps yesterday and they are HUGE, by the way!!))

Sweet family. I think he’s a total combination of Mom and Dad in his features.

Oh that smile! You think he’s up to something? Like escaping out his this chair!

I just can’t get enough of those sweet baby toes poking out of this truck! I love the Tonka truck (so do my boys!). It’s quickly becoming my favorite boy prop!

He just is too precious for words, isn’t he?

I like how busy he looks here!

I love this little outdoorsman in training!

He was not interested in being a baby sandwich but gave me some more of those long eyelashes!

    Love his coordinating hat!

I love the big smiles this toy brought out! I always recommend bringing favorite toys–especially walking toys for my one-year-olds since walking is often a kind of new milestone and makes those sweet babies happier!

Then we brought out that mean ol’ cake!

Not so sure about that messy, sugary stuff!

Thank you again for coming in and sharing your family with me again!!!
